Dear Sir,
“…I am pleased to inform you, that the system is showing real results. The system’s alert detected major failures in components that prompted us to replace essential safety assemblies in some helicopters, such as:
X32- main gear box (MGB) alert - found a defective bearing in the planetary unit, findings confirmed by D-Level Shops (DLS) investigation
X04-Shaft Drive Compressor (SDC) alert- DLS investigation found that ducts connected to the shut off valves were disconnected
