The Diagnostic Engine Starting System Controller is an all digital replacement for the original Engine Starting System (ESS) controller of the F-16 aircraft. It significantly improves engine starting system performance and reliability, increasing flight safety and readiness. It also streamlines maintenance and considerably reduces costs.
The RSL DTCA (Temperature Control Amplifier) is an all digital replacement for the analogue exhaust temperature (T5) controller. This is featured with the engine Health and Usage Monitoring System (HUMS) of the GE J-79 turbo-jet engine of the F-4, F-104 and Kfir aircraft.
RSL T-HUMS for engines is a leading edge engine health management solution for turbo-fan, turbo-shaft and turbo-jet engines used for commercial and military aircraft, both fixed wing aircraft and rotary-wing aircraft.
The RSL DTCA (Temperature Control Amplifier) is an all digital fit, form and function replacement for the analogue exhaust temperature (T5) controller coupled with the engine Health and Usage Monitoring System (HUMS) of the GE J85 turbo-jet engine of the T-38 and F-5 aircraft.
The ABC is a state-of-the-art braking controller for the F-16 aircraft. Its superior braking performance, coupled with its fully redundant features offer a leap in flight safety. The ABC is a mature and proven solution that is in operational service by several Air Forces worldwide.
The RSL DGCU (The Digital Generator Control Unit) is a digital replacement for the Phantom F-4 voltage, frequency regulation and load sharing system. The new Digital Generator Control and Monitoring system is comprised of two identical units which together control the aircraft electrical power, perform continuous system protection and automatically record in-flight failures. The DGCU gains flight safety, mission availability and maintenance efficiency of the complex aircraft power supply system.
The RSL FACU (Fuel Asymmetry Control Unit) provides liable alerts upon detecting fuel asymmetry being developed in the internal or external wing fuel tanks of the F-15 aircraft.
Its self-detection of fuel asymmetry and automated alerts reduces pilot workload to monitor the fuel system and improves flight safety by preventing loss of control during combat maneuvers, thus increasing aircraft effectiveness.
The unit is operational and is suitable for use on F-15 blocks A through D.
